Exterior Return Bins
Available anytime, but best for returns when the library is closed
When the Main Library and Hunt Library buildings are closed, please use the exterior return bins. When the library is open, please use the automated returns slots for faster check in.

Automated Returns
Available for returns when the library is open
When the Main Library is open, please use the automated returns slots. Accessible slots are located on the outside of the building just to the left of the main entrance, as well as just inside the main entrance of the library.

RETURNS FAQ
Can I return items to either the Main Library or Hunt Branch Library location?
Items from either location can be returned at the Main Library or Hunt Branch return bins. (Remember, we are not a part of any other library system - so please do not return your books to the county or any other library)
Are all materials safe to return in the bins?
Most items are fine, but hotspots and parks passes should be returned directly to library staff at the Cards & Accounts desk during open hours.
Can I return items when the library is open using the external return bins?
Please use the automated return slots during open hours. The exterior return bins are available during open hours, but will result in a delayed check in of your materials.
What should I do if the exterior return bin is full?
Please do not leave items outside the bin. Instead, return them during open hours. You will not be charged a daily overdue fee.
Can I renew items instead of returning them?

Can I put donations in the return bins?
