The Fullerton Public Library Board of Trustees is an administrative board with oversight of the Fullerton Public Library as defined in the California State Education Code.

All Board / Commission /  Committee Members must file an annual Conflict of Interest statement and take ethics and harassment prevention training every two years.

Local Appointments List

The City of Fullerton posts its Local Appointments List by December 31st of each year in compliance with Maddy Act requirements (Government Code Section 54970 - 54974).  The List contains names of all incumbents with terms expiring during the calendar year, appointment dates, and term expiration dates as well as a listing of all boards, commissions, and committees whose members serve at the pleasure of the legislative body.  You can view current appointments and vacancies by selecting a committee or commission in the following section.   City Council Ordinance No. 3258 sets forth conditions governing commission and committee appointments.
