Here’s how it works:
Reminder / Renewal Notice: Two days before your item is due, you will receive an email with your item’s new due dates and/or a failure to renew notice. If any of your items fail to renew, you may return them or call us to ask if there are other options.*
Renewal Limit: By default, most items can be renewed up to two times.*
Still Need More Time? If you need a little longer, give us a call for a third maximum renewal (for eligible items).*
Important Notice: Renewal notifications will be sent by email to patrons who have provided an email address. While phone notices are not available for this service, patrons may check their account online anytime, 24/7, at www.fullertonlibrary.org or call 714-738-6334 during open hours.
