Fullerton Public Library and Grammy Award-winning artist Laufey have come together to offer a limited-edition Fullerton Public Library × Laufey Book Club library card, while supplies last.
To kick off the celebration, the Main Fullerton Public Library will host a special library-card-only pop-up event just inside the main entrance on Sunday, August 23 from 12:00pm – 4:00pm. The rest of the library will remain closed and regular services will not be available, but staff will be on site to issue exclusive Laufey library cards and officially start the party.
We can’t wait to celebrate this special collaboration with you. Whether you’re a Laufey fan, a book lover, or simply excited to see where a library card can take you, we’re thrilled to welcome you.

What to have with you:

If your ID does not show your current home address, please bring some form of proof of address with you, such as a piece of mail or even an order delivery confirmation or something similar on your phone.

The Fullerton Public Library × Laufey Book Club library card launches on Sunday, August 23, and will be available afterward while supplies last.
The Fullerton Public Library × Laufey Book Club library card is considered a “special edition” library card. For new borrowers, the library card is entirely free! For borrowers who are replacing their library card, there is a suggested and entirely optional donation of $2 or more. Every donation helps to support library events, displays, library cards (like this one!), and more.

"A Very Laufey Day" is an annual global community celebration hosted jazz-pop singer Laufey.
It invites fans ("Lauvers") and others to romanticize their daily lives. Participants follow a whimsical, curated checklist of cozy activities across their local cities.
