Teen Book Review

Teens in 7th-12th grade may fill out the book review form below for items in the Fullerton Public Library's Junior High, Young Adult, Graphic Novel, Manga, or Classics collections and submit for teen volunteer credit.

All submitted forms will be reviewed by the Teen Services Librarian before posting to the Library's website.

Descriptive keywords or labels about a book (Ex: mystery, love triangle, funny, female protagonist)
In 100-250 words, summarize the plot without giving away the ending.
In 150-350 words, describe how you felt about the book. What did you like or didn't like?
What other books have you read that are similar to this book?

Please note, you have the option to remain anonymous on your public facing review but your personal information must be submitted and retained by the Teen Services Librarian for volunteer records.
